Philips partnered with us to explore how users approach one of the most routine household tasks: ironing. The goal? To test an experimental mobile app and uncover how digital tools could make the experience smarter and more intuitive.
We ran an eye-tracking study to observe how current and potential users interacted with the new interface and upcoming features. By combining real-world testing with Tobii eye-tracking technology, we identified moments of hesitation, confusion, and delight — helping the Philips team fine-tune the design.
The result was a smoother, more user-centered experience that supports everyday tasks with intelligent, invisible design.
