We partnered with Visa and DBS to run an in-depth research study focused on how credit card users perceive and use their points, miles, and rewards.
The project was tied to the development of Vantage — a new premium card — and its companion app. Through extensive testing and user interviews, we explored what excites, frustrates, and motivates cardholders when it comes to managing and redeeming rewards.
Armed with these insights, we helped shape the feature set and user interface of the Vantage app — ensuring the experience felt intuitive, empowering, and genuinely rewarding.
