Google chose us to lead a large-scale user research initiative across Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia — with one goal: to better understand how people search on mobile devices in real-world settings.
To explore unreleased features (which remain under wraps), we built a custom prototype that looked and felt just like Google Search. This allowed us to test everything from subtle UI tweaks to changes in result ordering — without revealing any confidential functionality.
By observing how users interacted with the experience and where their attention shifted, we gathered deep insights that helped inform key decisions behind one of the world’s most-used digital tools.
